"We spent the night of October 20, 2007 at your hotel. We wish to compliment two of your employees: Upon checking in, we mentioned to Colleen at the desk that the deadline for returning our rental car to the airport was 10 AM the ext morning. She suggested we go have dinner, return the car, and call for the hotel shuttle, then catch the shuttle back to the airport later the next morning for our 1:30 PM flight. We were so grateful for the opportunity to spend a relaxing Sunday morning.
